• All tours are to be fully paid prior to commencement.
• Customer cancellations require 24hrs notice or a R100.00 administration fee will be charged.
• Tours cancelled by Nomvuyo's Tours can be re-scheduled at no extra cost or fully refunded. Gift Vouchers can also be issued.
• Minors will require parental consent before participating in any tour.
• These terms and conditions can change without notice. Ask the tour operator for the latest version of Nomvuyo's Tours Terms and Conditions.

Indemnity
While every care is taken, Nomvuyo's Tours, their staff and agents, shall not be held responsible and shall be exempt from all forms of liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to any person or their property.
